Who operates the shop

GPeptides is operated by a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus; the full company details are stated in the imprint. Orders are dispatched from Germany, and deliveries are made within the European Union. Payment is made by card through Stripe. Legal information is set out in the terms, the privacy notice and the withdrawal policy.

What the shop sells and for whom

The range consists of lyophilised research-grade peptides and accessories such as bacteriostatic water, grouped by molecule class in the shop overview. Customers are laboratories, research institutions, companies with their own research and individual scientific customers. All products are research reagents for in-vitro use, and a research-purpose agreement is confirmed with every order. The catalogue is divided into nine classes, from incretin analogues through to neuropeptides, sets and accessories, and each product page states the amount per vial, the purity of the tested material and the test documentation that is available.

How quality is handled

The peptides are tested regularly by an external, independent laboratory for identity (mass spectrometry), purity (HPLC), heavy metals and endotoxins. Incoming goods are recorded on arrival, and every vial keeps the label it was filled with. The certificates of analysis that are available are published in the lab area, each naming the material it refers to; material without a published certificate is marked pending. A purity figure quoted on a product page therefore refers to the material that was measured for that document. The procedure behind this is described in the guide on quality control.

Storage and dispatch

Stock is dispatched securely packed from Germany. The vials leave as dry, lyophilised solids, each carrying its own label. Notes on storing lyophilised peptides are collected in a separate guide, and carriers, transit and the destinations served are listed on the shipping page.

What is deliberately not done

• No statements about effects, applications or dosages: product pages describe molecule class, amount, purity and storage.
• No reviews or seals that cannot be substantiated.
• No sales without a confirmed research purpose.

How to reach the shop

Questions about products, test reports or orders are answered through the contact page or by e-mail at support@gpeptides.net, usually with a reply within 24 hours on working days. Recurring questions are collected in the frequently asked questions.

Research use only

All products are intended exclusively for in-vitro research and laboratory work. They are not medicinal products, not food and not cosmetics, and they are not intended for human or veterinary use. The product pages therefore state molecule class, amount, purity and storage, and nothing about effects, applications or dosages.
