Delivery area
We ship exclusively to member states of the European Union. Deliveries to Switzerland, Norway or the United Kingdom are not possible.
Processing time
Orders are usually handed over to the carrier within 24–48 hours of payment being received. For pre-orders, delivery can take up to 18 working days; this is indicated on the product page and at checkout.
Packaging
Orders are shipped securely packed; vials are secured against impact. A cold chain is not required for lyophilised peptides.
Order tracking
On handover to the carrier you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. The status can be checked at any time via order tracking.
