Check order status and tracking number without an account – using the e-mail address of the order and the postcode of the delivery address.

How it works
- Open order tracking and enter the e-mail address and postcode of the order.
- You will see the status: received, processing, shipped.
- After dispatch the tracking number appears with a link to the carrier (DHL in Germany, GLS in other EU countries).
When does the tracking number arrive?
As soon as the parcel has been handed over to the carrier – usually 24–48 hours after payment is received. You will also receive it by e-mail. For pre-orders it can take up to 18 working days.
