Refunds

When refunds are made

• Valid withdrawal: if a right of withdrawal exists (see withdrawal policy) and is exercised within the deadline, we refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs.
• Defects or wrong delivery: in the case of a justified defect notice within 7 days of receipt (see terms and conditions, § 8), we deliver a replacement or issue a refund.
• Unpaid or cancelled payments: if a payment is cancelled at Stripe, no amount is charged; no refund is necessary.

Exclusion

Sealed goods whose seal has been removed after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Business customers have no statutory consumer right of withdrawal.

Process

1. Withdrawal or defect notice by e-mail to support@gpeptides.net or via the form on the withdrawal page, quoting the order number.
2. We confirm receipt by e-mail and provide the return address if a return is required.
3. The refund is made without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice – for returns, from receipt of the goods or proof of dispatch.

Payment method

Refunds are made via Stripe to the payment method originally used (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). Depending on your bank, the credit may take up to 10 working days after our instruction. No fees are charged for the refund.

Return costs

In the case of withdrawal you bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. In the case of defects or wrong delivery we cover the return costs.
