Withdrawal notice

The following withdrawal notice is based on the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in the law of the Republic of Cyprus. A statutory right of withdrawal exists only insofar as the buyer is a consumer. As we sell exclusively to commercial, scientific and institutional buyers, the right of withdrawal below applies only in cases where the buyer exceptionally acts as a consumer.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (THALION LTD (GPeptides), Neofytou Nikolaidi & Theodorou Kolokotroni, Onisiforou Center, 2nd floor, Agios Theodoros, 8011 Paphos, Cyprus, e-mail: support@gpeptides.net) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the withdrawal function ("Withdraw from contract") at the top of this page. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is attributable to handling not necessary for examining the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion / expiry of the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU (as implemented in Cyprus), the right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases, to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
